Refund policy

We may have to cancel your order even if approved and accepted for which Metaderma Wellness reserves the right to do so at its sole discretion without giving any reason.

Some reasons for cancelling the order may unavailability of stock, misrepresentation of product in the website, wrong printing of product details and incorrect pricing. In case such a situation arises we will refund the amount in full within 10 business days.

In certain cases we may need additional information from your side before accepting an order. We will contact you for the same. In case we cannot accept and process the order within 45 days of your placing the order we will refund your amount in full.

In case we receive a request for cancellation before the order is approved or processed by us, we will refund the entire amount in full within 10 business days.

Once you place an order and it is accepted you will not be able to cancel the order and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Orders can be returned only if the product is damaged, missing or wrong product dispatched. In such cases you will have to raise a return request by sending an email to sales@metadermawellness.com. It will take us 5-7 business days to review your request and reply back to you.

If your return request is approved we will send you instructions on how to return the product/s to our address. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Products sold under sale, stock clearance, marked as non-returnable, sold under discount coupons, referral codes and promotional products are not eligible for returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
